On a road trip through Arizona I passed by these teepees on Route 66. I had never seen them for real but they were a big part of my childhood memories of the American Southwest. In posters they always had the old cars from the 50's parked out front. After a quick u-turn, I parked to get a better look. Just about the time I was thinking of driving away (because I liked my memories better than what I was looking at) this little cloud floated into view. It looked like a man. Or
I love little baby ducks, old pick-up trucks, slow-moving trains, and rain.
I love little country streams, sleep without dreams, Sunday school in May,
And hay. Lyrics: Tom T Hall #FineArtPhotographyLosAngeles #SouthernCalifornia #PersonalDocumentary #Fineartphotography
Here's ten people and a dog hovering around a back to school sale on a downtown city street. Mom is holding her world together (barely). She's a "one woman band" out shopping and on the phone while restraining the family dog and watching the baby all at the same time. I imagined that her day could only get more difficult if that was her husband on the phone asking what she had planned for that evening. #PersonalDocumentary #FineArtPhotographyLosAngeles #OrangeCounty #Document
